雙北小宅物件 北市大同、新北淡水最便宜

【張菱育/台北報導】房價高,小宅愈來愈受歡迎。永慶房仲網統計今年6月20坪、2房以下的小宅物件,台北市平均開價約1166萬元、14坪,開價最低前3名區域,分別為大同區的742萬元、萬華區883萬元、文山區956萬元。而新北市小宅網路平均開價為638萬元、14.6坪,開價最低的前3名區域,分別為淡水區378萬元、土城區501萬元、三重區657萬元。 永慶房產集團網服部協理高翠屏表示,大同、萬華區為北市較老舊的行政區,價格相對市中心低,為首購族可參考的區域。
