國防部 明提人權改革方案

馬英九總統日前要求國防部明天提出保障人權改革方案。國防部副部長楊念祖今天接受中央社專訪時說,改革報告將觸及管教制度、專業認證與監督查核等面向。國防部長高華柱今天赴立法院向國民黨籍立委報告洪仲丘案時也說,將檢討禁閉室制度、政戰制度長期弱化、申訴制度和攜帶手機等問題。
