耕興公布第2季營運成果，合併營收6億元，較第1季增加25.81%，稅後淨利1.27億元，較第1季增加43.75%，EPS1.56元，較第1季增加43.12%，單季合併營收創歷史新高；單季毛利率47.65%，創3年來新高。
耕興2013年第2季合併營收、稅後淨利、每股稅後淨利分別較去年同期增加17.47%、8.65%與8.33%，單季合併營收創歷史新高；主要是因精準掌握4G/LTE發展趨勢，提前在去年底分別在台灣、大陸、韓國完成4G/LTE完整檢測的布局，因此能受惠於4G/LTE通訊技術於行動裝置滲透率提昇，加上國際手機品牌大廠採取機海戰術銷售策略，明顯提昇整體營運表現。
耕興2013年第2季毛利率47.65%，較上季的43.94%持續成長3.71個百分點，單季毛利率創3年來新高，主要原因在於高毛利的測試驗證業務因4G/LTE的强烈檢測需求下，使得檢測占母公司營收比重持續提升至89.81%水準。
受惠大陸手機品牌大廠在全球銷售排名持續提升，帶動耕興轉投資大陸業務持續成長，2013年第2季大陸地區營收貢獻已達12%，看好大陸測試驗證市場商機，已在2013年5月正式啟用大陸西安4G/LTE行動暨無線網通實驗室，下半年大陸市場成長可期。
展望2013年第3季，耕興維持審慎樂觀看法。進入第3季傳統電子旺季，行動裝置與配備3G/Wi-Fi的平板電腦新機種及各項無線裝置複合性產品的推出將持續帶動測試驗證業務成長；另外，有鑑於大陸與台灣將陸續釋出4G執照，基礎建設將明顯提升4G/LTE行動裝置銷售滲透率攀高，隨著更多4G/LTE行動裝置新機種的發表，可望創造新一波營運成長動能。
