賴士葆：只要團結 沒有不過的法案

國民黨今天舉行立法院黨團書記長交接。卸任書記長賴士葆除感謝黨團成員相挺外，也強調國民黨「只要團結沒有通不過的法案」。他提到上會期有兩法案，包括核四公投、服貿協議未過。他也，服貿協議要逐條審查沒有問題，因為國民黨只要團結一致，表決一百次都可以過，無須畏懼。
