天兔暴雨 大武「永久屋」竟淹水

天兔颱風今天凌晨1點多襲擊南台東，暴風圈接觸大武地區後，就開始狂風暴雨，大浪不僅沖擊省道造成交通中斷，八八風災「永久屋」數十戶居民家中竟淹水，「雨水就像瀑布一樣」沿著細縫從2樓流到1樓，客廳所到之處都是積水，居民叫苦連天。
