奢侈稅初犯　財政部頒特赦令　裁罰倍數減為0.25倍

〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕奢侈稅上路後，經常有民眾因不了解法令而被罰，為免傷及無辜，財政部修正「稅務違章案件裁罰金額或倍數參考表」，針對奢侈稅初犯者，將由目前1年內首次被查獲短漏報奢侈稅，依規定裁罰1倍，若在核定前補申報並補繳完稅款，罰0.5倍，修改為只要罰0.25倍。<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/nownews/finance/~4/WTAGnGyU_7Y" height="1" width="1"/>
