緬甸總統承諾　年底前釋放所有政治犯

【綜合報導】緬甸總統登盛（Thein Sein）近日訪問英國，他在今天承諾，在今年底之前將釋放所有政治犯，並不排除在未來數周，緬甸有可能實現60年來首次的全國休兵。 　

登盛今天稍早會見英國首相卡麥隆，他說緬甸政府已在上月簽署和平協議，來終止種族衝突，未來數周可能實現全國休兵。登盛正在英國進行2天訪問，以商討貿易、援助和民主等問題，下一站將訪問法國。
