洪仲丘因受不當操練致死而引起民眾不滿，1958公民行動聯盟今（20）日號召民眾包圍國防部抗議，要求還原真相。在9點10分左右活動正式開始後，主辦單位宣稱人數已超過3萬。
由於不滿軍中封閉腐敗的制度與文化，在洪仲丘事件發生後，有民眾在網路上組成「公民1985行動聯盟」，發起「公民教召運動」，號召民眾於早上包圍國防部，並將於晚間在立院旁舉行燭光晚會，號稱「史上最大的退伍軍人集會」，要求國防部開放第三方參與調查，還原真相給家屬公道，確保軍中人權，暢通申訴管道。
主辦單位在現場引導民眾高喊口號，唱改編的軍歌，諷刺軍中不重人權，腐化的階級制度，隨意虐待士兵的文化等。
目前活動已暫告段落，主辦單位10點左右請現場民眾暫時解散，於晚間再到立法院外集合。
