Skype的愛用者有福了！Skype將調降多款國際電話包月費用，英、法、德、義、南非、澳洲、南韓、巴西等地的月費只要17元，且只要撥打至這些國家，一分鐘只要0.01元，打國際電話比買飲料還省錢！
Skype推出國際電話資費新方案，英、法、德、義、南非、澳洲、南韓、巴西等地，只要選擇「法國120」或「德國120」，月租費17元，可獲得120分鐘免費市話。如選擇「法國市話GO」或「德國市話GO」，每分鐘通話費只要0.01元，且新增波蘭、荷蘭、巴西、哥倫比亞等地的包月撥打方案。
PChome&Skype營運長蔡文雄表示，Skype免費視訊通話，以及話費低廉的SkypeOut電話服務，廣受網友喜愛。為了提供用戶更好的通訊體驗、以及能夠更輕鬆無負擔地撥打國際電話，即日起再次調降Skype多款包月方案的價格，國際電話通話費率因此低至每分鐘0.01元起。2012年Skype的國際電話通話量，相當於全球電信公司國際電話總流量的三分之一。
