請問２０１４年律師司法官考家事事件法是選擇題嗎？

2013年就要考了
 鑑於「家事事件法」業經公布施行，考選部已配合修正律師及司法官考試「民事訴訟法」科目命題大綱，將「家事事件法」及家事事件程序納入列考範圍。另律師第二試之「憲法與行政法」、「民法與民事訴訟法」、「刑法與刑事訴訟法」、「商事法」科目仍依例附發考試舉行2個月前經公布生效之各該科目單科本法律條文供應考人參考使用，其中「民法與民事訴訟法」科目並將增列「家事事件法」條文，惟實際命題範圍並不以附發之法律條文為限。

依上開既附家事法條第二試一定考
至於第一試,雖沒講清楚,我覺得也會考
