[重傳]陳以人20萬交保

陸軍542旅中士陳以人涉嫌虐死洪仲丘，23日被軍高檢傳喚，由證人轉被告，軍高檢漏夜偵訊，陳以人以20萬元交保，目前家屬正在籌錢中。

陳以人辯護律師劉衡慶步出軍檢署時表示，檢方認定陳以人無串供或逃亡之虞。
