鎖定陸客　日月潭最大觀光旅館環評初審通過

【王玉樹／台北報導】日月潭最大觀光旅館今天獲得環評初審通過！定位在解決日月潭陸客住宿問題的向山觀光旅館BOT案，今天在環保署專案小組沒有太大爭議下予以審查通過，將送下月環評大會最後確認。向山旅館沿日月潭而建，面積2.7公頃，樓高6層，共有315間房間，鎖定陸客住宿的房價最低拉到只有3000元左右。開發單位寶聲集團表示，後續雜項執照申請如果順利，預計明年春天可動工，2017年完工開放住宿。
