被拍超訴提告為讓救護車，判敗訴

台北市鄭姓男子開車行經建國高架橋，因超速經雷達測速儀拍照，由員警開單寄發1600元的罰單；鄭不服向新北地院提起行政訴訟，主張當時他是聽到有救護車從後方逼近，為了擔心延誤救援，才先加速再確認救護車位置，讓對方通過。但法院檢視相關照片，確認兩車不同車道，鄭並不需要加速禮讓救護車，救護車便能通過，判決鄭敗訴。
