民進黨痛批國民黨 想把核四公投蒙混過關

民進黨立法院黨團為核四公投案霸佔立法院議場已進入第四天，黨團上午在議場前一次排出，再度痛批國民黨阻擋軍事審判法修法，更重申「不能換核四公投」、「廢除軍審、軍檢」兩大立場。

黨團幹事長高志鵬表示，國民黨團說自己修法是一次到位，實際上根本是「一次到位，各自表述」的山寨板，他重申，唯有民進黨版才是治標、治本的改革。民進黨立委邱議瑩更質疑，洪家人「君無戲言」言猶在耳，國防部給洪的死亡證明上，死亡地點竟然是自宅，馬上就出包；她呼籲國民黨，不要利用這次機會，把核四公投蒙混過關。
