蘇美島落地簽證

我們長期在大陸工作
所以今年九月要從上海去蘇美島玩
去上海的泰國領事館
說是要本人親自去辦理及領證
而且只要周一到周五早上9:30-11:00可以受理簽證業務
泰國領事館說我們拿台灣護照
可以直接辦落地簽證

所以想請問一下:

1. 蘇美機場可以直接辦落地簽證嗎? 如果可以, 營業時間為何? 因為我們的飛機是下午六點半到, 不知道那時機場能否還受理落地簽證?
2. 需要準備哪些文件?
3. 辦落地簽證需要多少錢? 需要多長時間?
