立法院今（6）日預定將處理軍事審判法修法，國民黨立院黨團上午召開黨團大會凝聚共識，對於外界抨擊阻擋修法，國民黨立委陳鎮湘上午表示，他並不是反對修法，「如果相關配套措施不完整，馬上會產生國軍士氣戰力的崩解」，他強調，外界對他有誤解，「現在同意兩者兼顧，我沒有理由不同意（修法）」。

陳鎮湘在黨團大會開始前受訪時表示，修法的「配套方式最重要，我所堅持的不是否定軍審法不能夠修，而是要有完整的配套措施，你如果硬要給我，認為我就是反對修法，國軍的戰備不要了，這是誤解」。

陳鎮湘激動的表示，「我所要的兩者兼顧，難道不對嗎？難道你不要國防嗎？難道你不要國家安全嗎？難道你不要國軍的戰力嗎？我想沒有任何人會否定，這是我所堅持的」。

陳鎮湘也回應外界的批評，「你們不要只給我只講前面，認為我只有講甲乙的選擇，不對，我是兼顧！」
