立法院朝野黨團今（6）日上午在立法院長王金平的主持下，進行軍審法協商，預定今天可完成三讀。民進黨台北市議員梁文傑表示，他建議參考荷蘭的制度，在普通法院另設一個專門的軍事法庭，由普通法官和軍法官聯席審議。
梁文傑今日在臉書指出，和平時期不用軍事審判，原則上他是贊成的，但他也知道全世界敢這麼搞的國家，似乎只有法國和德國，而這兩個國家都是沒有外敵的，和台灣的處境大不相同。
梁文傑接受NOWnews《今日新聞》訪問表示，德國因為和平憲法的關係，擔心若設軍事法庭，可能會被視為軍國主義復活，所以沒有軍事審判；法國主要是僱用外籍傭兵部隊打仗，所以沒有軍事審判的問題。
梁文傑說，「我的建議是，不妨參考荷蘭的制度，在普通法院另設一個專門的軍事法庭，由普通法官和軍法官聯席審議。」他強調，不論如何，制度設計總要多想想，開車猛衝未必是台灣之福。
