我還是決定不做了....因為通車快要1個小時 結果公司說報到就等於到職 明明就還沒有跟人資公司簽約 然後今天去店內提離職 對那些一天同事真的很抱歉.... 不過,我想問的是.... 人資公司還要我寫一份人事資料表寄回去 囧 說是什麼法律程序,可是...我又沒有要跟他們簽約 這樣到底要不要寄回去？ 副店長跟我說,不用,因為他們只是想要我的人事資料 以供派遣而已...=_= 這跟我去藝珂不一樣,要使用我的人事資料也要經過同意書吧=_= 不然這有個資法的問題不是? 感覺好像被騙了... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.162.92.36 ※ f575739:轉錄至看板 PttLifeLaw 08/07 19:38
