洪仲丘案爆發後，媒體集中報導追真相，部分民眾為此向國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）反應，內容事務處長黃金益今（7）日表示，將會邀集學者專家進行檢討。
黃金益在NCC例行記者會說，媒體力求公正、客觀、超然，但也觀察到有些問題，社會每每有重大發生時，新聞頻道有過度集中報導的問題、現象。
他指出，在整體報導的部分，往往因為價值判斷，為了凸顯真相，跟現有法規要求規範恐有所衝突。
黃金益表示，在洪案報導的監理上，會邀集學者專家進行檢討，是否要如此這麼大集中報導，能否有更多元的可能；或許同時間發生的大事沒有那麼多，但境內新聞頻道，或許有這現象，消費者端也有所反應，希望報導可以更多元。
