割包皮男爛命根　妻為「性福」訴醫院

【綜合報導】中國安徽男子李剛（化名）在合肥一醫院進行割包皮手術後，陰莖出現腫脹，經治療後症狀仍持續加重。

李剛後轉往合肥另一醫院治療，兩個月後又到上海第六人民醫院求醫，該院醫生診斷，李剛的陰莖部份壞死，並在次日為其進行陰莖部份切除手術。

中國司法機構鑑定，為李剛治療的兩間合肥醫院存在醫療過失。兩院其後共賠償李剛30萬人民幣（約146萬台幣）。

但李剛的妻子認為，丈夫的殘疾令自己的合法權益嚴重受損，她日前投訴法院，要求兩間醫院支付20萬元人民幣（約98萬台幣）精神賠償。案件近日開庭，尚未宣判。
