請教高手.
我使用NetLimiter3 使用已經很久了,昨天好像不小心動到那裡,
隔天開機出現NetLimiter3的錯誤訊息如下:

<hresult code='80004003'>不正確的指標</hresult>
<module>NetLimiter.NLClientApp.67</module>

XML文件必須要有最上層元素

我已經重灌好幾次,狀況還是一樣的問題!!
請高手幫忙解決問題出在哪裡呢?
