中油公司宣布，依浮動油價機制計算，自明（12）日凌晨零時起調降各式汽、柴油價格每公升各0.1元，調整後92無鉛汽油每公升33.5元、95無鉛汽油每公升35.0元、98無鉛汽油每公升37.0元、超級柴油每公升32.3元。
中油公司指出，由於市場預期美國可能於9月縮減量化寬鬆(QE)購債規模、伊朗願與歐美就該國核子計畫展開實質性談判，加上利比亞下月可望增加原油生產等因素，國際油價下跌。
中油說，本周調價指標7D3B週均價為每桶105.80美元，較前周105.99美元，下跌0.19美元，新台幣兌美元匯率升值0.091元，國內油價依公式計算跌幅為0.39%，汽、柴油每公升各調降0.1元。
不過，中油也強調，國內油價每週隨國際油價變動調整，持續維持亞鄰競爭國低價，消費者在享受國內低油價的同時，應體認全球油源蘊藏量有限，珍惜資源、節約用油。
