【綜合報導】總統馬英九今日參加巴拉圭新總統的就職典禮，並與新總統卡特斯(Horacio Cartes)大玩「鳥喙掌」。

所謂「鳥喙掌」是巴拉圭式的擊掌動作「Mongaru」，是把5根手指聚在一起像鳥喙狀，然後像電影《E.T.》一樣手指碰手指，代表彼此友誼。昨日馬英九才在巴拉圭前總統佛朗哥的傳授下學會，今天馬英九就迫不及待使用「鳥喙掌」和新總統「搏感情」。
