標題[問題] 拿回離職證明

之前在一間公司只做了將近二個月就被Fire，最近已 錄取新公司。但之前在被Fire的公司被迫交出前公司 的離職及薪資證明正本，當初向被Fire的公司要拿回 時，該公司不還我，說是要稽核。 但是我下個月到新公司報到時要繳交相關文件，所以 我想下星期撥電話給Fire我的那間公司去要回我前前 公司的正本文件。可是心裡有預感對方可能會不給我 ，家人說無論如何一定要拿回屬於自己的東西。想請 問就是該如何做比較好? 還有就是扣留離職員工正本文件，該公司是否有違反 個資法或相關的勞資法? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.218.2.44
