【戴之聖／基隆報導】「碎石計畫」進入第3天，今天早上8時許中正區公所人員拿著大聲公，挨家挨戶去敲門確定是否還有人住在屋內，除了只有幾名海大學生準備離開，其他地方幾乎無人在居住，工務處表示將在上午9時許開始進行擊解作業。
