網路連不到 數據機沒亮燈

我是中華電信
數據機4個孔都有差 因為4台電腦
其中一台電腦 連不到網路
數據機也是4個孔一個不會亮
交換插之後依樣也不會亮

是數據機壞掉嗎?還是線壞掉

其他電腦都可以上網

叫中華電信來用過了還是一樣
他只連到他的筆電就說沒問題 一直說是我的問題

那台主機新的ㄟ..
