過勞醫師蔡伯羌 記不得兒子

「誰還我一個公道？還我5歲兒子一個公道？」4年前，奇美醫院外科住院醫師蔡伯羌因心肌梗塞倒下，雖然緊急搶救保住一命，但腦部缺氧，有嚴重記憶喪失後遺症，日常生活需要家屬打理，甚至連5歲兒子都記不得，蔡太太控訴，先生在醫院服務長期連續工作40個小時，不僅累垮、也危及病人安全。

但一審判決卻認為蔡伯羌和奇美醫院不是受雇關係，無須負賠償責任，家屬仍上訴中。

現場媒體詢問蔡伯羌在奇美工作幾年，蔡伯羌頓了一下，緩緩說出「我不記得了」，讓人很難想像4年前，他還是一名外科醫師。
