很多人祈求一生只要中一次頭獎就了無遺憾，不過，台灣彩券公司總經理黃志宜透露，目前為止，除有人曾中過4次今彩539頭獎，扣稅後累計領取獎金達2600萬元，更有大樂透頭獎得主透露，曾在台北富邦銀行發行彩券時，也中過小樂透頭獎3000多萬元，只是當時不懂得珍惜，不僅獎金全花光，甚至還負債。
黃志宜指出，這名中過2次樂透頭獎的中獎人，是一名男性，年約40多年歲，在民營企業上班，身材中等略為高挑，皮膚稍黑，大眼、雙眼皮及高鼻，符合頭獎中獎人的特徵。
黃志宜轉述，這名中獎人是中了2億多元大樂透頭獎，在領獎時主動向他透露，自己之前在北富銀發行彩券時，也曾中過一次小樂透頭獎3000多萬元，而他在聽到曾中過二次頭獎也說，這代表上帝對你很照顧。
不過，黃志宜說，在他接待過無數億萬頭獎主發現，不少中獎人都有信仰，其中拜關公最多，其次則是媽祖，再來則是土地公，而曾中過二次樂透頭獎的中獎人就是拜關公。
雖然中過二次樂透頭獎，不過，黃志宜透露，這名中獎人第一次中頭獎時，因不懂得理財，所以3000多萬元獎金全花光，甚至還負債，因此，這次再中2億多元大樂透，特別重視理財，扣除償還負債及捐贈後，大部分錢都放在保險，投保終身險。
除了有人一次中2次樂透頭獎，黃志宜說，目前為止，也有同一人中過4次今彩539頭獎，扣除稅後累計領取的獎金有2600萬元，相當於中了大樂透貮獎，而這名中獎人來領獎時也表示，這是佛祖保佑。不過，由於並不是黃志宜親自接待，他已向工作人員表示，若這次這名中獎人再來領獎，一定要親自接待，因為他也很好奇這名中獎人是怎樣的人。
