美國聯準會上周宣布暫緩QE退場，跌破專家眼鏡，市場寬鬆、低利環境維持不變，讓先前抽腿的國際資金展開大回補，除了部分新興市場小幅流出，其餘全面呈現淨流入，其中又以美股基金回流力道最強勁，上周淨流入172億美元，創下近9周單周吸金之最，並連續第二周登上股票吸金之冠，且全年累計淨流入再度突破千億美元。
