（軍聞社記者李忠軒臺北廿三日電）國防部副參謀總長朱玉書中將今天視導憲兵指揮部，期許各級幹部強化內部管理，恪遵標準工作程序及一級督導一級制度，穩定軍心士氣，進而維持國軍優質形象。

　朱副總長首先聽取任務簡報，慰勉官兵堅守崗位辛勞，同時對單位長期以來的優異績效與付出，表達肯定之意。

　朱副總長表示，各級領導幹部須強化與部屬間的溝通，建立暢通的申訴管道，使部屬心中的難題及困擾，都能及時獲得合理的解決，唯有官兵願意反映問題，幹部展現面對問題、解決問題的誠意，才能有效維繫軍心士氣。

　此外，朱副總長要求各級幹部，在品德操守上要儉以養廉，在行事觀念上要崇法務實，在工作執行上要依法行政，凡事以身作則，使官兵瞭解團隊紀律和個人榮譽，塑建一支有組織、有紀律、制度健全、軍紀嚴明的部隊。
