我親舅舅被惡意倒債...然後請我去幫忙找欠債的人..我今天在他車子旁碰見他..我就去要開他車門找他理論..結果他把車子上鎖..然後開車撞我..請問我這可以報案告他嗎?請懂的人告訴我謝謝..
