標題[請益] 關於左臉頰的痘痘(暗痘)?

請問一下有沒有版友跟我一樣 右臉頰很穩定 但左臉頰非常不穩定 而每次換季 或身體出狀況 都是左臉頰發生問題 我保養的蠻勤的 以前是超級大油肌大爛痘 到現在右臉趨於穩定 但左臉頰一直無解 那些痘痘每次復發的位置都一樣 更可怕的是都是一區一區連續發作 然後整個臉頰走山~囧 好的時候也一起好 但總會留下 暗紅色的色痘 感覺一直伺機而動 我擦杏仁酸 水楊酸日常保養 似乎也無法解決這塊區域的問題 因為一復發 留下的都是暗暗的色塊 之前用的淡斑精華 完全砍掉重練~ 但我睡眠狀況這一年確實不好 有人說左臉頰跟身體狀況比較有關 但我也常運動 也無法改善 有沒有版友有同樣問題但解決的方式~THX -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.199.65.125
