監聽國會風暴　民進黨明開國際記者會

【黃揚明／台北報導】特偵組監聽國會事件越演越烈，民進黨團今開記者會要求總統馬英九「踹共」！幹事長高志鵬說，明早民進黨中央將舉行國際記者會控訴馬政府監聽國會醜聞，且明午舉行重大議題協調會報，黨籍立委將與黨中央討論是否採取罷免、彈劾、倒閣、釋憲等憲法手段。

高志鵬說，現在已經有91％民眾認為總統不適任，採取憲法手段「已經是最適當的時機了！」民進黨團書記長吳秉叡說，先前民進黨主席蘇貞昌說這四項憲法手段要「審時度勢」，明天會由黨團成員一起討論決定相關策略。

吳秉叡強調，監聽國會是最大的醜聞，且外交機關還在美國抹黑國會議長，一定要開記者會告訴全世界，馬政府監聽國會、特務治國。
