國民黨抗告被駁回　王金平：依法律程序走

【何哲欣／台北報導】高等法院駁回國民黨的抗告案，立法院長王金平今天在官邸與幕僚、律師開會研商近8小時，晚間離開時受訪僅說，「謝謝大家關心，一切按法律程序走。」
 
王金平上午10點在立法院接見外賓，但得知稍後高院將宣判後，就急忙離開立法院返回官邸，且未再外出。期間王的律師團陸續進入官邸，律師許英傑也在下午約3點時搭乘計程車到官邸，媒體只能在官邸外守候。傍晚7點左右，王金平簡單受訪就搭車離開。
