【綜合報導】立委李桐豪下午質詢檢察總長黃世銘除向總統報告，有沒向行政院長江宜樺報告？黃世銘答說，8月31日、9月1日到官邸向總統報告後，記者會前的9月4日下午，有向江宜樺報告；李追問報告內容，黃初始僅答向江報告法務前部長曾勇夫、高檢署檢察長陳守煌涉關說，李再追問後，黃才吞吞吐吐說出：「還說了院長（王金平）、柯建銘等人涉案情事」。
 
李桐豪問黃世銘介入9月政爭，午夜夢迴有沒想到改進？黃世銘說，只有總機沒查清楚要改進；李問介入政爭呢？黃說，「政爭沒考慮，政爭不是司法機關所能預料，因牽涉大院長（立法院），行政受大院監督，才向總統報告。」
