馬祖脫離暴風圈　「菲特」警報解除

【葉國吏／綜合報導】菲特颱風遠離，氣象局解除颱風警報。

根據中央氣象局最新預報單，菲特颱風過去3小時強度持續減弱，暴風圈亦縮小，目前中心在福建，繼續向西移動，馬祖已脫離其暴風圈。預計此颱風強度有繼續減弱的趨勢。不過由於外圍環流影響，氣象局持續針對宜蘭、花蓮、馬祖及北部山區發布大雨特報，請民眾要嚴防大雨所造成的災害。
