「女人駕車技術天生較差？」一般在路上遇到駕車技術較差者，總是會一口咬定這台車的駕駛一定是位女性，但這究竟是性別歧視或是事實？西班牙一位法官就以「女人駕車技術較差」為由，允許一間駕訓班可向女性學員酌收較高的學費
根據美國《赫芬頓郵報》（Huffington Post）報導，西班牙駕訓班「Gasque」2011年推出一項駕訓課程，學員在考取車牌前可以無限上課，男性學員只收費665歐元，但女性卻要比男性再多繳185歐元，讓消費者權益團體認為，該駕訓班有性別歧視，並一狀告上法院。
對此，駕訓班表示，因為女性平均比男性多上五堂課，所以需要繳交850歐元的費用。此外，駕訓班在一審時被判罰4千歐元，不服上訴。最後，法官阿爾瓦爾(Javier Albar)引述交通部統計數據顯示，男性駕車技術的確比較好，因此裁定該駕訓班沒有性別歧視，也不用繳交4千歐元的罰款，且可向女性學員多收學費。
