【蘇聖怡／台北報導】立法院長王金平黨籍假處分案，國民黨日前撤回抗告，王金平今受訪表示，依照律師意見，11日抗告最後期限後，才會做出回應。對於是否走黨內申訴管道，王金平表示，律師定調依照法律程序走；媒體詢問會否撤回告訴？王金平說，「因為考紀會撤銷黨籍，為保護自己才提告，若撤銷告訴不是等於委員、院長的職務都沒有了嗎？」

國慶日將是九月政爭後首度馬王會，黨內有人主張希望兩人能先舉行會前會，王金平表示，目前沒有這樣規劃，一切自然互動，會尊敬他是國家元首與領導，一切以恭敬心來跟他互動。
