陸軍542旅下士洪仲丘枉死案，軍檢調查被各界批評動作太慢，行政院長江宜樺24日上午指示國防部、法務部通力合作調查。
國防部長高華柱、最高軍事法庭檢察暑檢察長曹金生人上午9點30分赴法務部拜會部長曾勇夫，就洪仲丘案達成合作調查共識。國防部與法務部24日上午11點30分召開聯合記者會，說明兩部會合作共識如下:
一、法務部與國防部雙方全力合作分工，儘速偵辦、追查真凶，還原事實真相。
二、基於軍、司法審判權之分際，軍法機關及司法檢察機關各就具有審判權之案件部分，各自積極偵辦，有相關部分則交換意見及資料，以發現真實，依法究辦。
三、雙方設立聯繫窗口，指定由最高軍事法院檢察署曹金生檢察長及台灣高等法院檢察署郭文東主任檢察官擔任聯繫窗口。
