標題[請益] 我的熱線到期，該選擇大省方案嗎

各位好，有點問題想請教，由於我的熱線快要到期了，現在正在尋覓該換什麼方案 爬文之後看得有點雲裡霧裡~囧 我目前種花電信的使用情形是 1. 383費率 + 我的熱線(設定一門，免通話費)：主要通話都是吃我的熱線， 平均來說通話費都在383以下 2. 接手家人的智慧型手機，沒有吃網路，平時網路需求也不大 想請教各位，以我這種情形辦大省方案划算嗎，或是要考慮全民共省方案 謝謝大家！ --
