經長：沒有油電雙漲問題 應脫鉤看待

10月將實施第2波電價調漲，加上新版油價公式實施，恐帶動物價上漲，經濟部長張家祝今天說，國內油價上漲是因為與國際油價連動，並非油電雙漲。

經濟部官員進一步解釋說，10月電價調漲案，是去年12月已決定；至於油價新公式，是跟著國際油價漲跌情況而變動，因此油價新公式的實施，不應與10月電價調漲案綁在一起看，應脫鉤看待。

經濟部今(20)日舉行中元普渡祭拜，張家祝表示，經濟部正研議10月電價調漲是否縮小漲幅，下周會決定，屆時公布相關資料。

而中油表示，油價新公式案，已送到經濟部，主要是參數的調整，如杜拜與布蘭特比重調整，以符合實際狀況，但何時實施並無時間表。
