男子受困沙洲 消防隊風雨救援

花蓮縣瑞穗鄉黃姓男子，平日住在瑞岡大橋下富源溪沙洲附近，今天上午因去沙洲中尋找自己養的黑狗，被民眾發現報案，消防人員協同警察，花了2個小時將他救援上岸，當時黃姓男子堅持不上岸，與警消僵持不下，因擔心黃男危險，將他吊掛上橋。
