痘痘一直狂長是怎樣

我也是一直在冒痘痘:(
已經一年多了！

我的方法..
1.每天都喝1000cc的白開水
2.盡量忌口不吃油炸類食物
3.每天頭髮都梳起來不遮到臉
4.我是用露德清的洗面乳

很重要的是！！手不要去碰它和擠它
(可是我手非常貝戈戈一直擠又一直摸！！而且我本身體質換季都會過敏，所以有時臉就會紅癢....所以一直抓TAT！！)

而我之前深根蒂固住的太深了
現在還是有很多疤痕在努力蜕去中
