籲廢特偵組 公民團體連署

立法院司法及法制委員會今（7）日初審攸關廢除特偵組的法院組織法部分條文修正草案，在朝野各有堅持下，會議主席民進黨立委吳宜臻宣布，提案全部通過初審，全案保留朝野協商。
現行法院組織法規定，最高檢設特偵組，職司涉及總統、副總統、五院院長、部會首長或上將階級軍職人員貪瀆案件；選務機關、政黨或候選人於總統、副總統或立委選舉時，涉嫌全國性舞弊事件或妨害選舉案件；特殊重大貪瀆、經濟犯罪、危害社會秩序，經最高檢檢察總長指定案件等案件。
不過立院司委會今天審查攸關廢除特偵組的「法院組織法修正案」，由於在野黨認定特偵組「辦綠不辦藍」，所偵辦的案件也不具有專業性，沒有必要疊床架屋，應該廢除。但國民黨還是堅持特偵組有存在的必要。
經逐條討論後，會議主席、司法委員會召集委員吳宜臻宣布，針對「法院組織法部分條文修正草案」當場登記發言的多數立委，並沒有持反對立場，不過為了尊重部分國民黨立委意見，所以全案保留送交朝野協商。
而依照立法院長王金平主張回歸「立法院職權行使法」的現行作法，未來的協商將由民進黨團來召集。
