美國債務問題再陷僵局

【陳家齊╱綜合外電報導】美國聯邦政府關門昨進入第15天，眼看台灣時間後天就是債務違約的大限。參院與眾院將提出各自不同的解決法案，僵局似露曙光！但美國白宮並已明確表達不接受眾院共和黨人的「要脅」，能否趕在大限前完成立法尚有疑問。

共和黨掌控的眾議院昨提出計劃，將國債上限提高至可支持到明年2月7日，並撥款讓聯邦政府可運作到明年1月15日。這兩個日期與參議院民主黨領袖瑞德（Harry Reid）與共和黨領袖麥康奈（Mitch McConnell）協商後的日期一致。

但眾院版本另要求健保改革法案中的醫療器材稅延後2年施行，並將總統、副總統、國會議員排除在健保補貼之外。白宮昨立即發表聲明說：「總統已經一再表明，要眾院盡自己的責任，不要藉此提出要脅。」
