颱風逐漸遠離 高鐵22日全天恢復行駛

潭美颱風逐漸遠離台灣，直奔福建沿海，預計明(22)日凌晨5時30分解除陸上颱風警報。台灣高鐵公司晚間表示，明日全天恢復正常營運服務。

高鐵指出，為了確保運行安全，若部分路段的風速、雨量過大達到運轉限制標準時，列車將採取行車速限，如因此延誤預定到站時間，屬天然災害因素，將不適用延遲的退費規定。

高鐵表示，受到潭美颱風影響，自發布海上颱風警報至解除海上颱風警報為止，購買上述期間運行列車的旅客，若列車正常運行而未搭乘，或列車運轉變更、車次取消的旅客，可自乘車日起一年內，持未經使用的車票至高鐵各車站辦理退票，免收手續費。
