新興債市資金流出規模趨緩

新興債市連續16周呈現資金淨流出，上周資金再撤出逾11億美元，惟近兩周流出幅度已有縮減，法人指出，根據歷史經驗顯示，資金連續數周流出後會開始出現單周淨流入，若資金轉為連續性淨流入，可視為此波資金外流幅度已趨緩。

受到美國聯準會量化寬鬆退場（QE）的預期，資金持續自新興市場退場，使得債市波動度偏大，由於新興債基金過去三年大幅吸引資金淨流入，在此波國際資金挪移的過程中，調節壓力也相對較大。

不過，觀察過去五周，自新興債市撤出的資金僅一周超過20億美元，其餘四周皆縮減至10-16億美元之間。
