涉走私金條 8台灣人在韓被捕

（中央社記者姜遠珍首爾16日專電）南韓關稅廳（海關）今天破獲1起金條走私案，以違反「關稅法」名義，拘捕涉嫌走私的台灣人吳某等8人、以及接應的南韓人劉某，進行進一步調查。

南韓「聯合新聞通訊社」報導，據關稅廳指出，這些台灣人涉嫌於8日走私31公斤金條入境，包括7塊重225克的金條和18塊重1公斤的金條等，價值約17億韓元（約合157萬美元）。

據報導，關稅廳還扣押了南韓國內的負責人劉某向台灣人支付的資金和熔製金條的模具等。

南韓關稅廳曾於今年7月底查扣以肛門暗藏價值33億韓元（約合304.94萬美元）的金條闖關入境的9名台灣人，而拘捕走私集團的韓方負責人，這次尚屬首次。關稅廳認為，劉某與7月台灣人走私案有密切關係，目前正做進一步調查。

據報導，截至今年9月，被南韓有關部門查獲的走私金條共達127公斤，比去年同期增加9倍。在此之前，金條走私多經由香港，最近走私來源地擴大到台灣和中國大陸等地。1020916
