我的狀況是想要台灣(A)轉亞太(B),然後台灣(A)那隻可能會開機也可能不會開機

那身上帶的亞太(B)看見了有人(X)打給台灣(A)

我不接!!

拿起了(A)或(B)回撥

這樣可行嗎?

問題:
1.台灣(A)那隻可能會開機也可能不會開機也OK?
2.還需要付轉接費嗎?
3.這個轉接要找誰?台灣or亞太來申請?
