高市教師研習綁考績　無法源依據決議改試辦

【周昭平／高雄報導】針對高雄市教育局日前公告教師研習列入考績規定，高雄市教育產業工會今晚表示，今天下午與教育局開會研商，決議「研習綁考績」相關規定全數刪除，相關內容修正為「學校進行研習狀況的分析（含學校學辦理及教師參與情形），提供教育局作為決策依據。」

高雄市教育產業工會理事長劉亞平指出，因教育局要求的研習掛勾考績無任何法源依據，更嚴重戕害教師工作條件，且以行政懲處強迫教師參與品質不一研習，不但無法增能，還會犧牲照顧學生及備課時間，學生受教品質反會受影響，經向勞工局申請調解，下午教育局局長鄭新輝親自主持會議。

劉亞平說，會後決議除「研習綁考績」相關規定全數刪除，原公告的「強化教師進修研習效能實施計畫」也改列成2年試辦計劃，期間會針對相關問題進行檢討及修正，作為日後正式推動參考。
